Our client is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
This hands-on role supports Cisco-based environments including switches, routers, firewalls (Firepower, NGFW), and wireless systems.
The ideal candidate will bring experience with LAN/WAN, VoIP, VLANs, ISE (NAC), and routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF, along with a solid understanding of network security, backup/recovery, and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network solutions
- Administer Cisco hardware/software including Firepower and ISE
- Manage performance, patching, backup validation, and documentation
- Support VoIP infrastructure and secure VPN solutions
- Interface with internal users via a ticketing system and on-site visits
- Participate in on-call rotation and ITIL-based change management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2–4+ years)
- CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco IOS, firewalls, NAC, and DNS
- Experience with Visio, documentation tools, and network monitoring systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
