One of Swoon's top clients in the Machinery Manufacturing space is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their team, for a 12 month contract out of East Peoria, IL!

Location - ONSITE - East Peoria, IL

Duration - 12 months to start

Rate - $33/hour W2

The onsite support individual is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives on troubleshooting and delivering exceptional support

DAY TO DAY

Provide shop floor Level 1 LAN and WLAN network support, machine control support and digital display support
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
Perform data backups, Windows patching and disaster recovery operations
Perform firewall access administration
Provide server support
Perform security risk mitigation
Work closely with Manufacturing and Facilities engineering staff
Collaborate with team members
Partnering with Segment CISO on Cybersecurity concerns and vulnerabilities

REQUIRED SKILLS

3-5 years of network experience required (demonstrated experience of basic network skills, ping machines, checking network cables).
Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
Basic ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements
