The Role

We’re seeking a Systems Administrator who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to do more than just maintain systems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll organize existing programs, build scalable infrastructure, and lay the foundation for a growing IT team.

What You’ll Do

Manage, configure, and optimize IT systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS applications).
Streamline and standardize IT programs across corporate HQ and franchise operations.
Develop secure, scalable infrastructure to support national expansion.
Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and support users across locations.
Document IT processes and create SOPs for consistent system use.
Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement new technology tools.
Build toward leading and mentoring a future IT team.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Systems Engineer, or IT Support Specialist.
Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365/Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
Knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and system security best practices.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Desire to grow into a leadership role in IT.
Bachelors in IT field Preferred.
