Role Description

We’re looking for a technical co-founder / CTO to lead our AI strategy, build a high-performing tech team, and scale our platform from the ground up. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO to shape product and business strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our solutions are reliable, scalable, and game-changing.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall technology vision and AI strategy
Oversee architecture, product development, and deployment of AI services
Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and reliability of solutions

Qualifications

5–10 years building products and leading tech teams at startups
Hands-on experience as a founding engineer, tech lead, or aspiring CTO (Preferred)
Understanding of the trucking and transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Compensation:

Up to 50% equity
