Role Description
We’re looking for a technical co-founder / CTO to lead our AI strategy, build a high-performing tech team, and scale our platform from the ground up. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO to shape product and business strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our solutions are reliable, scalable, and game-changing.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall technology vision and AI strategy
- Oversee architecture, product development, and deployment of AI services
- Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and reliability of solutions
Qualifications
- 5–10 years building products and leading tech teams at startups
- Hands-on experience as a founding engineer, tech lead, or aspiring CTO (Preferred)
- Understanding of the trucking and transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Compensation:
Up to 50% equity
