POSITION: Yearbook Advisor - Semester 2

BUILDING: Crater High School

PAY RATE: $2868.65 - $4542.04 per semester, depending upon approved accepted experience

Essential Job Functions

Manage students and coordinate coverage of essential school events
Screen photos for appropriateness
Be responsible for the transfer of images and content between the school and vendor
Teach students to use the vendor’s yearbook creation program
Coordinate with the vendor over the yearbook layout and design
Edit yearbook pages for misspelling and misattribution
Proof the yearbook draft before final submission for print.
Function as a liaison to other professionals involved in the yearbook production
Coordinate with students and parents to collect student quotes, photos, and congratulatory ads
Develop and adhere to an agreed-upon timeline for delivery of the yearbook
Produce a high-quality yearbook suitable for a variety of audiences (i.e., student, parents,administrators);
