Role Overview:
We're looking for a Head of Growth to write and run our D2C growth playbook in a new category. This is a critical role managing everything from digital marketing and content strategy to partnership development and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own our D2C growth engine: Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across digital marketing, content, partnerships, and referrals to scale our proven product-market fit
- Master our conversion funnel: Own the complete customer journey from awareness to purchase, optimizing conversion rates across our freemium model and premium offerings
- Create compelling content and messaging: Develop educational content that builds trust with our audience while positioning BetterBrain as the authority in preventive neurology
- Drive data-driven growth: Build analytics infrastructure, run experiments, and use data to optimize every aspect of our growth strategy and customer acquisition
- Support B2B2C growth: Contribute to our B2B2C efforts across healthcare institutions, employers, the NFL, and more
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in growth and marketing at a high-growth D2C startup
- Experience with performance marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, SEO, and brand building
Nice to Have:
- Passion for health and longevity
- Experience with healthcare marketing, especially direct-to-consumer health services
- Experience with B2B partnerships and business development
