The Role
We’re looking for a Founding CTO to join as a true partner and cofounder.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building. You’ll architect the platform, choose the stack, write code, and help shape the product. You’ll collaborate directly with the core team to turn strategic client needs into internal tools and client-facing software.
You won’t inherit legacy code—you’ll create Greenfield’s tech DNA from the ground up.
What You’ll Build
- A secure, scalable web platform to power our internal workflows and client-facing tools
- AI/NLP components (LLMs, tagging, summarization, retrieval) to generate proprietary insights
- Data ingestion from PDFs, Excel, CRMs, APIs, and structured & unstructured sources
- Workflow automation tools for outreach, pipeline management, and reporting
- Infrastructure that integrates tightly with our delivery model and future SaaS roadmap
Ideal Background
- 6–10 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack experience (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Postgres, Vercel/AWS)
- Familiarity with modern LLMs or building products that use NLP/ML
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup, ideally as a founding or early engineer
- Track record of shipping 0→1 products with autonomy and urgency
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate vague requirements into shipped tools
- Comfortable working with a non-technical founder in fast-paced client environments
