SWCORP is a U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of luxury bathroom products, including bathtubs, shower doors, vanities, mirrors, and accessories. We serve both B2B and DTC channels and are rapidly expanding in the e-commerce and hospitality sectors. Our products are featured on major retail platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Costco.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail and e-commerce partners including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, Menards, and Ferguson. This role requires strong experience in durable goods, multi-SKU account management, and e-commerce channel strategy. You will be responsible for account performance, order management, scorecard compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Manage day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for key accounts including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, Menards, and Ferguson
Own and grow account revenue while ensuring margin protection and profitability
Ensure compliance with vendor scorecards including fill rate, on-time shipping, returns, and product content accuracy
Partner with EDI and ERP teams to manage order flows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain CommerceHub connectivity
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sale support
Lead dealer promotion efforts (e.g., Ferguson), bulk PO negotiations, and price/program alignment with PRO customers
Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and supply chain teams on new product launches, pricing updates, and content cleanups
Provide performance insights using Excel and business intelligence tools; track SKU-level trends and recommend actions
Develop and present quarterly account reviews, growth plans, and issue-resolution strategies to key partners and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of account management experience in durable goods or home improvement industries
Direct experience managing accounts like Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, Ferguson, etc.
Experience with CommerceHub, EDI platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP)
Deep understanding of Amazon, Wayfair, and DTC platforms
Proven success with multi-SKU catalog management and bulk PO negotiations
Strong collaboration skills with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, customer service, finance)
Highly proficient in Excel; able to analyze sales performance, returns, and account health metrics
Strong communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external partners
Preferred:
Experience in the bathroom/home fixtures industry
Knowledge of promotional funding, MAP policies, and retail content compliance standards
Track record of growing account revenue through product mix expansion or margin optimization
