ACES is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint site management, data backups, user support, and implementing system security measures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Certifications: Active IAT-I Certification (CCNA-Security, CND, Network+CE, SSCP, A+CE)
- Education/Experience: Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university, and two (2) years relevant experience.
- Technical: Skilled in administering and maintaining SharePoint environments, managing site collections, permissions, and user access. Experienced in performing data backups, restorations, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying system patches and updates. Proficient in enforcing security protocols and optimizing SharePoint storage and resource allocation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer, monitor, and maintain SharePoint environments to ensure high availability and reliability.- Configure and manage site collections, permissions, and user access in accordance with organizational policies.
- Perform regular backups and restorations of SharePoint data, verifying data integrity and recovery readiness.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates as needed.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage SharePoint storage, quotas, and usage analytics to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Document administrative procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions for ongoing reference.
- Stay informed of new SharePoint features and updates, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.
