Overview:
DigiPowerX is seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the deployment of its ARMS 200 Tier 3 modular AI data center platform and manage technical integrations with enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will oversee both infrastructure and software operations, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant delivery of DGXX's GPU-as-a-Service (NeoCloud) solution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical deployment of ARMS 200 modular AI data centers starting with the Alabama facility
• Oversee software integration with enterprise clients for GPU compute workloads
• Implement and manage core systems: DCIM, GPU orchestration, DC automation, BMS integration, and ticketing
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 requirements
• Build and manage the technical team across infrastructure, DevOps, and security
• Interface with hardware partners (e.g., Supermicro, Nvidia) to ensure seamless AI infrastructure rollouts
• Support the company’s roadmap into large-scale GPU monetization, cloud AI services, and compliance delivery
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or data center operations (Tier 3/Tier 4 preferred)
• Strong experience with NVIDIA GPUs (A100/H100/B200), Kubernetes, and GPU orchestration tools
• Experience in customer-facing SaaS, infrastructure, or platform roles
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise security, DevOps, and compliance frameworks
• Track record of launching complex technical deployments with measurable ROI
