Role Description
We are looking for a bold, entrepreneurial innovator to join our founding team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, leading software development, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business goals. The role involves close collaboration with the rest of the founding team to drive innovation and support the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Proficiency in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Experience in Architecture and system design
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Mechanical engineering knowledge and experience are highly desirable.
Compensation
We are a boot-strapped, pre-revenue startup, so compensation is limited to equity in the company for now.
