About the Role:
Senior Intelligence Analysts (OSINT/Targeting)
- This role involves advanced Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Digital Research (DR) analysis in support of intelligence operations, specifically location targeting. The Analyst will be tasked with finding locations or events within open-source, often from a single photo or video of either a building, a receipt from a transaction, a business name, or other starting points and usually in different languages and parts of the world. The analyst is responsible for compiling comprehensive intelligence reports, presenting it in a deck, and briefing counterparts and senior executives.
- The Analyst is responsible for 0-to-1 of the project deliverables. Taking a specific AOR that is tasked, either for other Nations, companies, individuals, locations, or events, and finding open-source information ot build deeper intelligence reports. Areas of Responsibility:
- Conduct OSINT and Intelligence analysis to support operations and decision-making.
- Perform structured research, data collection, and analysis from social media, foreign news, and other open-source environments.
- Compartmentalize and pocket different data streams and data points for attribution and referencing.
- Collaborate with other OSINT analysts from different teams, both internally and externally.
- Support the acquisition and implementation of new tools, technologies, and data sources for enhanced capabilities.
- Most work is tasked per contract, with 10-20 different individual PIR (locations, events, companies, industry movement) within one RFI, that represents 1 contract.
- Simply - build finished intelligence reports for stakeholders using open-source data.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of previous OSINT, GEOINT, Targeting, or any work with open-source data.
- Understanding of the OSINT (open-source intelligence) / PAI (publicly available information) environment as it relates to defence, security vetting, corporate, and law enforcement intelligence
- Familiarity with Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) data and analytical concepts (preferred).
- Understanding of basic counterintelligence (CI) and Operational Security (OPSEC) procedures.
- Proficiency in either PowerPoint or Canva.
- TS/SCI clearance as well as US Citizen required due to the nature of our work - this is required.
Pay:
- This position is paid on each contract, just as our company is. We win contracts with Gov and Enterprise clients, and you will be compensated at a % of the contract value - that way your compensation is based on the value and volume of work, not a standard rate, and the more we make you stay the same. The more the company grows, the more you do.
