We fuse clinically validated psychometrics with privacy-preserving NLP to detect fear bottlenecks in Slack, Zoom, and Teams conversations, then guide managers with evidence-based micro-interventions.

Your Mission
We’ve validated product–market fit and have paying customers in the EU & US. You will:
- Architect a horizontally scalable, fault-tolerant service mesh.
- Productionize NLP & RL models into GPU-efficient, auto-retraining pipelines.
- Evolve our dialogue engine from rules-based to RL-powered adaptive coaching.
- Lead SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and privacy-first model governance.
- Build and lead a 0 → 15 cross-functional engineering team.
You Have
- 10+ years in distributed, event-driven SaaS architecture (Go, Rust, or Node).
- Hands-on ML/NLP (transformer optimization, GNNs, MLOps).
- Cloud expertise (AWS EKS, Lambda, Aurora; Terraform/Pulumi).
- Strong security mindset (encryption-in-use, differential privacy).
- Proven leadership scaling engineering teams while staying technical.
