IT Compliance Analyst
Job Summary:
The IT Compliance Analyst supports the organization's efforts to ensure IT systems and processes align with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. This role involves assisting in the implementation of compliance programs, supporting audits, and contributing to IT risk and vulnerability management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be the primary point of contact for identified IT risk and vulnerabilities, tracking from identification through remediation and closure.
· Support audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX).
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and document compliance and IT risk issues.
· Contribute to monitoring and reporting on compliance and IT risk status.
· Assist in providing awareness and training on compliance and IT risk topics.
· Stay informed on relevant regulatory updates and IT risk trends.
Required Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of IT risk management and vulnerability concepts.
· Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF is a plus.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.
· Exposure to compliance or risk management tools a plus.
