The
BuildPro Administrator is responsible for providing support, reinforcement, and training of systematic procedures and regional processes using experience and judgement as well as preestablished procedures and instructions to identify, research and assist with issues and inquiries that arise in a timely manner for all related AMH Dev applications including BuildPro, SupplyPro and JDE EnterpriseOne.
Responsibilities
- Provides BuildPro application support to all levels of the business from simple to highly complex issues either in person, via remote desktop and/or over the phone.
- Work closely with AMH Development trade partners to identify potential training and/or process issues and work with responsible parties to identify which are trade partner, divisional and/or systematic deficiencies to improve end user experience.
- Uses individual judgement to evaluate current processes to create efficiencies; acts as a resource to resolve problems; recommends process improvements.
- BuildPro Division setup and ongoing system administration including training, monitoring, modification of schedules, templates, user accounts, etc.
- Review integrations between BuildPro, SupplyPro and JDE EnterpriseOne to help ensure data is being extracted, transferred, and loaded between systems completely and accurately.
- Field questions and address/resolve concerns involving BuildPro. Provide training for users to prevent user error and provide troubleshooting and identify system/integration issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in a related role required.
- Advanced PC skills including Excel and Outlook required.
- Ability to recommend and implement processes for improved efficiency, service, profitability, and growth.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong staffing, development, and appraisal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
- Ability to be an effective member of project teams.
- Work independently of daily supervision.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $75,297.00 to $99,768.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
Additional Compensation
This position is eligible to receive quarterly bonus payments.
