Key Responsibilities
- Technical Vision & Strategy: Define, design, and execute the technology roadmap aligned with GreatSeed’s business and AI-first vision.
- AI System Architecture: Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven modules — from personalized recommendations and intelligent search to dynamic pricing and predictive analytics.
- Scalability & Reliability: Build a secure, high-performance, and globally scalable platform.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team with startup agility and global vision.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI, ML, and cloud technologies, integrating cutting-edge tools to enhance user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure tech execution accelerates growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record in AI/ML integration, cloud computing, and microservices architecture.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, resilient, and ready to grow a startup from zero to scale.
- Experience in building and leading diverse technical teams; familiarity with DevOps and agile practices.
- Passionate about culture, education, and human connection; able to bridge technical concepts with non-technical audiences.
