Role : Windows System Administrator – Azure Cloud
Location : Morristown, NJ – Onsite/Hybrid

Job Overview :
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Windows System Administrator with strong Azure Cloud expertise and hands-on migration experience from On-Prem to Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of enterprise-level experience supporting hybrid or cloud-native environments, with solid knowledge of Azure governance, IaaS/PaaS optimization, and cloud-first best practices
Key Responsibilities :
- Must have: Proven hands-on experience migrating workloads, servers, and services from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud (using Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar tools).
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, and security).
- Implement and manage Azure Governance, Policy, and RBAC for secure, compliant operations.
- Optimize Azure IaaS and PaaS costs and performance through monitoring and automation.
- Support automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates.
- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Apply Cloud First best practices and the Azure Well-Architected Framework for operational excellence
