What You’ll Do:
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows Server environments
- Troubleshoot advanced server, cloud, and network issues (firewalls, VPNs, switches)
- Advise clients on technology roadmaps and IT strategy
- Conduct onboarding, quarterly documentation, backup, and DR testing
- Reduce recurring support issues by stabilizing systems
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year of MSP experience
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud and server platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Client-focused with consultative advisory experience
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and share best practices
