Role Requirements:
• 4–8 years in mobile + full-stack engineering (React Native focus)
• Previous experience as Founder or CTO at a venture-backed startup
• Experience building and shipping 0→1 products in early-stage startups (Series A–C)
• Managed engineering teams in fast-paced environments (startup or Big Tech)
• Strong command of React Native, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Proficient in AI-powered dev tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Mission-driven or personally connected to therapeutic or health-driven work
• Bonus: Experience with wearables, sensor data, or biometric devices
• Bonus: Digital health, biofeedback, or machine learning experience
• Bonus: Built automated QA systems for mobile apps
