Our established client is seeking a skilled
IT Network Administrator (NOC Technician) to support Tier 1–2 network, systems, and cloud infrastructure operations in a mission-critical 24x7x365 environment. This role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting a large-scale LAN/WAN across 100+ sites, including hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to alerts (SolarWinds, Splunk, LogicMonitor)
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Support cloud workloads (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Handle incidents, changes, and documentation using TeamDynamix/Salesforce
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support
Preferred Skills & Tools
Cisco (switches/routers), Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow, DHCP, DNS, VLANs
Windows/Linux admin, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
CloudOps tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, CI/CD pipelines
ITIL processes & infrastructure troubleshooting across Layers 1–4
Certifications (preferred): CCNA, Network+, Security+, MCSA, RHCSA, AWS/Azure Fundamentals
