As we scale, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep Salesforce expertise and a proven track record in fintech software leadership. This executive will define and execute our technology vision, drive innovation, and ensure our Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise applications are scalable, secure, and fully aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for FinTap’s Salesforce and enterprise technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote development team, instilling best practices, accountability, and innovation
- Oversee the full lifecycle development of our custom Salesforce application, including configuration, customization, and integrations
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions that deliver measurable impact
- Own enterprise applications end-to-end, ensuring reliability, scalability, and continuous optimization
- Establish agile development processes and ensure rigorous standards for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate technology investments, drive innovation, and manage risk across fintech systems

- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and complex fintech platforms
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- History of driving scalable technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence
