What Will You Do?
» Install, configure and maintain computer
networks, servers, hardware & software
» Support and maintain core business applications
» Manage user accounts, permissions and access
controls
» Monitor system performance and proactively
address issues to minimize downtime
» Implement and maintain data backups, disaster
recovery and cybersecurity measures
» Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware,
software and other network or system problems,
and replace defective components when
necessary
» Act as a department and company resource,
answering technical and general questions
» Responsible for installing, configuring and
managing the firewalls to protect the network
from cyber threats
» Implement and provide technical support for
voice services and equipment such as voicemail
system, VOIP and telecom system
» Operate master consoles to monitor the
performance of computer systems and networks,
and to coordinate computer network access and
use
» Monitor and test website performance to ensure
websites operate correctly and without
interruption
Job Requirements
» Strong knowledge of network infrastructure,
including Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide
Area Networks (WANs)
» Minimum of 5+ years related work experience
» Operational knowledge of Virtual Desktop
Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization;
Network and routing protocols; Windows Server
and Active Directory; Switch configuration and
programming
» Intermediate PowerShell experience
» Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
ability to build rapport quickly
» Strong analytical, problem solving and critical
thinking skills
» Ability to manage workload independently and
effectively
» Good judgement, a great work ethic and highly
self-motivated
» Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment
