Manager of IT Enterprise Architecture
About the Company: A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect Manager to oversee its Enterprise Architecture team and drive transformation and optimization initiatives. This strategic role partners with enterprise leaders, product owners, and project teams to align technology with business strategy and outcomes.
About the Role: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring weekly onsite attendance and participation in team meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Enterprise Architecture team, providing direction and recommendations.
- Design and maintain current and future-state architecture models to support organizational growth.
- Analyze existing technology environments, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee data center and remote office infrastructure, including design, capacity, and documentation.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Define and track metrics to demonstrate technology value.
- Research technology trends and recommend new systems to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate business and IT alignment, connecting strategy to execution.
- Communicate architectural vision and value to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop innovation and process optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience across IT products, services, and capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Deep technical expertise in networks, virtualization, cloud, application development, security, and automation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications (AWS, CISSP, Cloud Architect, ITIL) preferred.
- Proven ability to drive business and IT alignment, support digital transformation, and deliver strategic outcomes.
