RH is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Leader of Investigations and Intelligence to safeguard the integrity of our brand, people, and operations across all environments—Galleries, Hospitality, Distribution, and Manufacturing. This role is both operational and analytical, uniting loss prevention, investigations, and intelligence functions to proactively identify risk, protect assets, and strengthen organizational resilience. Partnering closely with the Director of Corporate Security and cross-functional leadership, this leader will design and execute strategies that uphold safety, compliance, and trust as RH continues to expand globally.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide Asset & Profit Protection initiatives that safeguard our people, brand, and business
- Architect and implement innovative programs to prevent loss, reduce shrink, and ensure inventory integrity across all RH environments
- Conduct high-level investigations related to theft, fraud, misconduct, and other integrity concerns with confidentiality and impartiality
- Partner with Legal, People Experience, and external agencies to ensure ethical, efficient, and compliant outcomes
- Develop and oversee RH’s protective intelligence function to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats across all business channels
- Serve as a central point of contact for intelligence intake, analysis, and communication, ensuring timely awareness and response across the organization
- Lead internal risk assessments and travel risk assessments to support the protection of our Home Office, Galleries, Restaurants, Guest Houses, and off-site events
- Educate leaders on risk awareness, investigations, and ethical decision-making through training and communication
- Represent RH at industry networks and intelligence-sharing forums to benchmark best practices and strengthen enterprise security
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive leadership in Asset, Loss, or Profit Protection, Investigations, or Security Intelligence within multi-site retail, luxury, or hospitality environments
- Demonstrated success designing and executing enterprise protection strategies that safeguard people, property, and brand reputation
- Experience leading investigations and managing complex, high-impact cases in collaboration with Legal, HR, and law enforcement agencies
- Strategic and analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Experience with investigative or intelligence platforms such as AlertMedia, Ontic, and/or Factal
- Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- Knowledge of operational risk, regulatory compliance, and brand protection best practices
- ATAP CTM and/or ASIS PCI certification preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and business systems
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Based full-time at RH Headquarters in Corte Madera, CA
- Domestic and international travel required
- Frequent navigation of retail, hospitality, and distribution environments, including walking, standing, or stair climbing
- Occasional lifting or movement of materials or security equipment
