Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Investigator 4 to Investigations team in North Charleston, South Carolina. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting complex and sensitive corporate investigations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal guidelines, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations involving workplace misconduct, policy violations, ethics concerns, and other sensitive matters.
- Collect, examine, and analyze evidence including documents, digital records, and witness statements.
- Perform detailed interviews while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare thorough investigation reports with clear findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Security, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all investigative activities adhere to Boeing’s standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow proper chain-of-custody protocols.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to investigative processes and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in corporate investigations or a related investigative discipline.
- Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of corporate compliance, ethics programs, and organizational policies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations.
- Ability to travel as required.
