Role Description
This is a full-time Systems Administrator role based onsite at our Miami, FL office. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, performing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and administering networks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and system reliability will also be part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in System Administration, including maintaining servers, system updates, and backups
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues across systems
- Experience in providing Technical Support across diverse IT environments
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Network Administration and managing network operations
- Familiarity with Information Technology practices, including cybersecurity and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or similar) are a plus
