EFI Polymers is a Denver based manufacturer of environmentally friendly, specialty polymer systems for a wide range of industries. We seek a full time IT System Administrator with a motivated work ethicto help support our infrastructure and grow with the compmany. This role will work closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and internal teams to support hardware, software and cloud systems critical to production and business processes.
We are located in Denver, Colorado near the Northfield Development at I-70 and Holly Street. We supply key components to other manufacturing companies for electrical insulation, composite assembly, technical coatings and other applications. We are a dynamic and growing company started in 1993 with over 40 employees and more than 400 customers located in the U.S. and around the world.
Job Responsibilities
· MSP Coordination: Manage trouble tickets, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
· Inventory Management: Track and maintain IT assets including computers, scanners, printers, and networking equipment.
· Account Management: track and maintain accounts across Domain, local and Cloud Softwares
· Cloud Administration: Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Cloud ERP and CRM systems.
· Telephony: Manage and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems.
· Hardware Support: Provide hands-on support for scanners, printers, and production-related devices.
· WMS Migration Assistance: Support implementation and integration of new Warehouse Management System.
· User Support: Provide Tier 1–2 support for employees, including remote troubleshooting.
· Documentation: Maintain IT procedures, asset records, and system configurations.
· Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security measures, enforce MFA, manage endpoint protection, and support CIS IG1 compliance.
· Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure backups for ERP, file systems, and critical data; test recovery plans.
· Network Management: Oversee switches, Wi-Fi, and connectivity; coordinate with MSP for advanced networking needs.
· Compliance: Assist with IT-related compliance initiatives (CIS IG1, ISO, or industry-specific).
· Vendor Management: Coordinate with ERP/WMS vendors and other technology providers for updates and troubleshooting.
· Training: Provide basic IT training for staff on new systems and security best practices.
Qualifications
· Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud ERP/CRM systems.
· Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and network fundamentals.
· Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (CIS IG1 preferred).
· Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
· CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Administrator
· CISSP or similar
Salary Range: $70-75,000
