We are a DFW based Cloud and Security focused MSP is expanding its team and seeking a Level 2 System Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on troubleshooting, working directly with clients, and growing into more advanced cloud and cybersecurity responsibilities. You will support diverse SMB environments while gaining regular exposure to Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and modern security tools.
What You Will Do
• Resolve escalated issues across desktops, servers, networking, and M365
• Guide Tier 1 technicians and ensure proper troubleshooting methods
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and endpoint security tools
• Perform hardware repair, workstation builds, and software diagnostics
• Assist with basic networking tasks including cabling and switch configuration
• Recommend upgrades and preventative maintenance to clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvement
What You Bring
• Two or more years of MSP experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, M365, and Active Directory
• Windows Server configuration and Azure Entra ID concepts
• Experience with antivirus, firewall, and security tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication with clients
