Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. As the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution for Volley Automation. You will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge software and robotic systems, drive IT and architectural strategies, and align product development with business goals. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing critical projects, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of technical solutions. You will also play a key role in fostering innovation and maintaining a culture of excellence within the team while collaborating with stakeholders and executives on long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Software Development and IT Strategy planning
- Strong expertise in Project Management and leadership in overseeing technical teams
- Proficiency in System Architecture and devising scalable, innovative solutions
- Proven track record in Product Development and driving technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in automation, robotics, or construction technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
