Role Description

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (Co Founder) to lead the entire technology vision and execution for Nurra. You will architect and build our core platform, which includes:

A stablecoin, wallet and escrow
AI chat
A smart marketplace powered by AI agents
Community donation

This is a hands on role where you will build, scale, and lead our technical team from the ground up. You will design the technical roadmap, develop the platform architecture, ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and guide the engineering team as we scale into a global product.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Software Engineering, Product Development, and System Architecture

Experience leading engineering teams or building startups from scratch
Deep knowledge of scalable backend systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and security best practices
Familiarity with blockchain networks, wallets, or token systems
Experience with AI integrations, LLM based tools
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building innovative products
