As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our network and provide technical support to our employees. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network solutions to meet the company's business needs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Ensure network security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats
- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Provide technical support to employees for network-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve network efficiency
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in network technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of network security best practices and experience implementing security measures
- Familiarity with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Microsoft products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
