Optomi, in partnership with one of the world’s most recognized and trusted electric power holding companies, is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst II to provide enterprise level support of IT infrastructure technologies needed for critical business’ operations application. This role requires experience with NSIT framework.

Experience of the right candidate:
- 4+ years in systems infrastructure including experience in scripting, building, testing and deploying automated installs.
- Experience creating custom scripts to drive software installs, software uninstalls and custom BigFix Tasks/Fixlets.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, JavaScript, and shell script.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (Tungsten RPA, UiPath is fine, Microsoft Power Automate not as preferred due to it being in the cloud).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to thoroughly document work processes, communicate, and adhere to written processes.
- Experience with NIST security.
- NERC CIP data handling is a major plus.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Provide enterprise level support of IT infrastructure technologies needed for critical business’ operations applications, such as SCADA Systems and Control Center operations, under regulatory compliance requirements (NERC CIP and TSA) and specific Cybersecurity Standards.
- These technologies include, but are not limited to automation platforms, workstations, physical and virtual servers, storage, remote access functionality, and a variety of operations and business critical software solutions.
- Integrate software to enable usage, support, monitoring, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance of various hardware and software technologies.
- Develop and maintain routine work procedures and define standard installation and upgrade methodologies.
- Responsibilities may include evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration testing, upgrading components and performance monitoring.
