Akkodis is seeking a
System Administrator for a
Contract with a client in
Raleigh, NC(Remote). The ideal candidate will lead and support the migration from Travelport to Sabre, configuring PCCs, user access, and managing PNR templates while troubleshooting issues during and after migration.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
System Administrator Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead and support the migration from Travelport to Sabre, ensuring smooth transition of systems and processes.
- Configure and manage Sabre PCCs, user access, queues, and printer setups for operational readiness.
- Assist with migration or recreation of PNRs, templates, and ensure accurate data handling.
- Provide expertise on air bookings, refunds, and exchanges while troubleshooting issues during and after migration.
- Support testing activities, maintain documentation, and deliver training to internal teams’ post-migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with IATA/ARC ticketing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sabre administration and GDS migration projects.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing Sabre PCCs, user access, queues, and printer setups.
- Proven experience with PNR handling, IATA/ARC ticketing setup, and air booking processes, including refunds and exchanges.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
