Workday Product Owner
Dallas, TX, Hybrid Schedule
6-12 Month Contract
Rate Range:$28/hour to $33/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Overview:
Join us in transforming how we deliver value to employees and business partners. As a Workday Product Owner, you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and optimization of Workday capabilities—primarily Core HCM and other modules as needed. This role focuses on strategic impact, partnering with HR leadership, Schwab Technology Services (STS), and business stakeholders to ensure Workday supports HR strategies, enhances employee experience, and scales with organizational growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of technical Workday expertise with HCM (personal data, org structure, business processes, security).
- Proven success as a Product Owner with experience in roadmaps, prioritization, and agile delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience aligning product strategy with HR technology and business needs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday-based solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate organizational change.
- Workday integration experience is a plus.
