We are looking for a Senior level Engineer who specifically works in Email Security Appliances such as Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) and has an overall good understanding of Email Security posture overall.
LANGUAGE:
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
What will be your DAY-TO-DAY? In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure successful project execution and issue resolution, including providing Out of Hours support on an on-call rotation.
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, performing complex development tasks and recommending solutions based on best practices.
- Apply deep knowledge of development areas to maintain the overall health of the technology function.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical problems, leveraging existing precedents and industry standards.
- Support product managers by evaluating software requirements, developing and reviewing detailed specifications.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
- Document system architectures, workflows, and procedures for team and management reference. - Maintain accurate system inventories.
