Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for two Co-Founder positions: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). These roles require individuals to work collaboratively to shape the vision, strategy, and direction of Adps AI. The CTO will focus on leading product development, managing technological infrastructure, and driving innovation. The CMO will oversee marketing strategies, branding, and scaling customer acquisition efforts. Both roles are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and require a strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and commitment to the company's success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to make data-driven decisions and lead initiatives effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration, networking, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement
- Experience in a startup environment and/or leadership role is highly preferred
- Stanford graduate is strongly preferred
- Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area is required
