They are seeking a dynamic and values-driven President to lead the organization through its next phase of growth while preserving its mission-centered culture.
Position Summary
The President will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the organization, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and cultural alignment. This role oversees key functions including sales, marketing, production, and internal operations. While supported by a strong team, the President must be prepared to take an active leadership role in the production function as the company continues to scale and hire.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strong cultural leadership aligned with the company’s mission and values.
· Drive operational excellence across residential construction projects.
· Oversee and mentor department heads including Sales, Marketing, Production, and Project Management.
· Lead strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
· Use financial and performance data to guide business decisions and operational adjustments.
· Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and growth opportunities, including M&A activity or expansion.
· Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success across departments.
· Foster unity, collaboration, and communication across the organization.
· Serve as one of the top five decision-makers in a $25M+ construction business.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of leadership experience in the construction industry, preferably residential.
· Proven experience managing multiple departments and driving cross-functional alignment.
· Familiarity with organizations in the $25M+ revenue range.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations.
· Sales and marketing background strongly preferred.
· Financial acumen and comfort using Excel for reporting and decision-making.
· Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
