Business Systems (NetSuite) Administrator

Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Business Systems (NetSuite) Administrator to support and optimize its NetSuite ERP environment and integrated business systems. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive system adoption, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with NetSuite administration, experienced in managing integrations, and confident in supporting end users, reporting, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
- Configure and maintain NetSuite to align with evolving business needs
- Develop and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Administer custom records, fields, forms, roles/permissions, workflows, and layouts
- Support data imports, exports, and data cleansing across systems
- Manage user onboarding, training, and ongoing system support
- Maintain release management processes including NetSuite upgrades and sandbox refreshes
- Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows to automate business processes
- Manage and monitor third-party system integrations through middleware and native connectors, including:
- CRM platforms
- Demand planning tools
- EDI providers
- AP automation and OCR tools
- Payment processors and bank integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- Experience managing EDI integrations and transaction workflows
- Strong experience with SuiteFlow workflows
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar)
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and data tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or eCommerce environments
- Basic familiarity with SQL or data querying
- Background in business analysis or project management
