We are looking for an experienced IAM Systems Administrator with expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee the operational support, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's CyberArk Privileged Cloud platform. You will play a critical part in safeguarding privileged credentials, secrets, and session activities across hybrid infrastructures, ensuring compliance with Zero Trust Architecture principles. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain secure and resilient systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Onboard and configure privileged accounts, safes, secrets, and credentials using CyberArk tools such as Password Vault Web Access and Privileged Session Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to password rotation, safes, privileged accounts, and policy configurations.
• Ensure seamless integration of CyberArk with various platforms, including Windows, Linux, cloud services, databases, and applications.
• Monitor system health and performance for CyberArk components, addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Implement and enforce security policies for privileged access at platform and safe levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet regulatory compliance requirements and maintain governance standards.
• Create and update documentation for operations, procedures, and configurations.
• Provide support during audits by supplying logs, access reports, and evidence of security controls.
• Work on automation and integration tasks using CyberArk workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• At least 2 years of hands-on operational experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management tools.
• A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field is required.
• CyberArk certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in onboarding and configuring accounts, safes, and policies within CyberArk systems.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and Active Directory models.
• Familiarity with Vault and Conjur platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AD.
