🧠 Role Summary

We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a track record in both Web3 and gaming to lead Tilted’s technical direction. This role combines deep hands-on technical experience with leadership across engineering, blockchain, infrastructure, and cross-platform gaming.

You will oversee the full technology stack from L2 blockchain infra and AI/DePIN architecture, to front-end platforms (iOS, Android, web), to game SDK integrations. Your mission is to turn Tilted into the most seamless Web3 social streaming + commerce experience on the market.

🎮 ResponsibilitiesTech Strategy & Architecture
Define and own the overall technical roadmap across blockchain, backend, and product platforms.
Oversee L2 blockchain development, NFT infrastructure, and integrations with EVM chains and DePIN.
Spearhead interoperability protocols (cross-game identity, SDKs, wallets).
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and inspire a world-class remote engineering team across multiple time zones.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and BD to execute strategic technical partnerships.
Product & Platform Development
Architect scalable infrastructure for live streaming, on-chain user identity, and real-time game asset trading.
Work closely with gaming studios on SDK/API integration for Tilted’s UGC marketplace and asset liquidity pools.
Security & Compliance
Ensure platform security, smart contract audits, and backend stability.
Stay updated on regulatory, tokenization, and data compliance frameworks globally.
🧩 Requirements7+ years of hands-on experience as a CTO, VP Eng, or Lead Architect in fast-scaling tech companies.
Deep expertise in Web3 protocols, smart contracts, EVM, NFT standards, and L2 chains (e.g. Arbitrum, Optimism, or custom rollups).
Solid background in game development or game publishing infrastructure (e.g. Unity, Unreal Engine, gaming SDKs).
Strong understanding of real-time streaming, distributed systems, and data architecture.
Previous experience with AI, DePIN, or identity protocols is a strong plus.
Passionate about Web3-native creator economies and gaming culture.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in a globally distributed team.
