Perform Microsoft AzureEntra ID and Active Directory management activities;
Develop and maintainprocesses that optimizeMicrosoft server and Azure resources;
Develop, deploy, and maintain processesthat optimize AmazonWeb Services (AWS) services and resources;
Analyze Azure resourceperformance to identifyresource contention and recommend changesor upgrades as needed to ensure optimization;
Develop and maintaintechnical specifications, standards, procedures, and systemsdocumentation;
Work with data center staff,OIT, and users to performresource deployments, upgrades,and configuration changes;
Administer and configureAzure infrastructure securityas needed for OIT staff and users;
Assist Azure application owners/administrators and users with appropriate application access;
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Windowsserver issues with minimal impacton users;
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Linux server issues with minimalimpact on users;
Write PowerShell scriptsto be used to monitorserver properties and perform ActiveDirectory and Azure management activities;
Research and recommend appropriate technical solutionsto meet functional requirements;
Provide recommendations for possible processimprovements within the Department’s infrastructure team;
Create schedules for the development and implementation of specific softwaresystems; and
Perform additional SystemsAdministrator tasks as required by the Department.
