If you’ve been the go-to implementer, standard-setter, or senior tech in your MSP past, this is the next step.
This is the job for the person who’s been the one on past MSP teams to:
- Lead infrastructure upgrades
- Standardize client deployments
- Improve internal tools and processes
- Architect better solutions, not just support them
If that’s you, let’s talk.
Location
We have clients in Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. This position requires occasional onsite visits to clients (local travel), but is mostly remote/office-flexible. Prefer a desk to a couch? You’re welcome to work from our office or from a client’s site, if that suits you better.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the technical lead across multiple SMB client environments
- Roll out new tools, products and cyber security initiatives to existing and new clients
- Work with me directly to continuously improve our internal tools and processes
- Help level up junior staff and be a steadying force in the company’s technical growth
- Handle helpdesk escalations and stuck tickets — and help knock down the queue when needed
Who You Are
You've already proven yourself in the trenches — now you're ready to build, standardize, and lead implementation efforts that scale.
You’ve already mastered:
- Windows AD environments
- Networking (routing, switching, VLANs — and you're comfortable working across a variety of firewalls)
- Microsoft 365 (administration, security, Intune)
- Producing quality documentation for both end users and internal use
Bonus points for:
- Full M365 cloud implementations
- SharePoint administration
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Advanced NinjaRMM Experience
- Demonstrated success helping a previous MSP improve or standardize technical practices
Even more bonus points for any additional MSP related hats you've worn.
Other Requirements
- Must be local to SoCal (you’ll visit client sites regularly in OC/LA/IE)
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
- Able to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using basic hand tools when needed
Why This Role?
- You’ll have autonomy and input, not micromanagement
- You’ll work directly with ownership to shape the way things are done
- You’ll grow with us as we scale, and help define what “best-in-class MSP” looks like
- Competitive pay, benefits, flexibility, and a voice that’s actually heard
Apply and tell us about the system or solution you’re most proud of building.
