Overview
We are a leading personal injury law firm seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Technology
Officer {CTO} to spearhead our digital transformation and drive technology strategy. The ideal
candidate will be an experienced technology leader with expertise in leveraging artificial
intelligence {Al}, automation, and data analytics to improve client outcomes, enhance efficiency,
and maintain a competitive advantage in the legal sector.
This role will focus on integrating Al across case intake, document management, client
communication, legal research, and litigation support, while ensuring compliance, data security,
and ethical Al practices.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute the firm's technology roadmap, with an emphasis on Al adoption across all
departments.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, case management,
and client experience.
• Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Artificial Intelligence Integration
• Lead the design and implementation of Al solutions for:
• Case intake and triage (chatbots, automated questionnaires, voice recognition).
• Document analysis and drafting (Al-assisted contract review, legal brief generation).
Developing, testing and implementing efficient work flows across all practice areas.
