- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience leading OCM initiatives for digital transformation programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Demonstrated success driving user adoption and managing change impacts
