Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Network Technician to install, maintain, and support data, voice, video systems, and network cabling across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN equipment (switches, routers, controllers, APs).
- Maintain network cabling, IDF/MDF rooms, and documentation.
- Repair and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 cables.
- Coordinate cabling work with vendors or internal teams.
- Support network hardware, telecom systems, and desk-side IT changes.
- Resolve network issues with IT support teams and enforce security policies.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 4+ years of networking experience (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
- Strong knowledge of IP networks, structured cabling, and network tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA or Network+ preferred.
