Key responsibilities include managing Azure AD policies, troubleshooting and automating IAM systems (including privileged access tools like CyberArk), handling complex incidents, and supporting Office 365 access solutions. The position requires frequent auditing of IAM tools, documenting operational procedures, and promoting user adoption through education. Candidates should have at least 10 years of information security experience, including 5 years with Azure AD, strong CyberArk expertise, scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell), and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
