My client, a leading private investment firm in Fort Worth is seeking a entry-to-junior IT Systems & Network Engineer to support and maintain internal technology systems across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working directly with end users in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You’ll join a small, highly collaborative IT team responsible for supporting everything from desktops and servers to network infrastructure and user applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Network & Systems Administration: Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and Windows-based server environments.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Manage endpoint protection, disaster recovery, backups, and access controls.
- Collaboration Tools & Support: Administer email systems, videoconferencing, and media production tools.
- Infrastructure Projects: Lead initiatives involving storage, virtualization, and office/home automation.
- Emerging Technologies: Explore and support the integration of AI tools and services into internal workflows and infrastructure.
