Systems Administrator 1 to join their team. As a
Systems Administrator 1, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the technical infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Systems Administrator 1
Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite
Pay Range: $30.00 - $32.06 on Experis W2 (Benefits and PTO)
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux variants) – Minimum 1 year.
- Network Fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, VLANs) – Minimum 1 year.
- Documentation & Communication Skills – Minimum 1 year.
What's the Job?
- Manage and maintain server and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new systems and software updates.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in systems administration or related IT support roles.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with hardware that has at least 32GB of RAM and is no more than two years old.
