Enterprise Architect in

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Enterprise Architect to guide the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology strategies, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and customers, driving business value through intelligent system design and integration. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge in cloud, integration, security, and analytics with strong consultative skills and the ability to influence enterprise decision-making. This role offers a hybrid work environment, enabling both focused remote work and in-person collaboration for key initiatives. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, innovation, and strategic growth of enterprise solutions.
Accountabilities
- Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business objectives and design enterprise solutions that drive measurable value.
- Advise on architecture best practices, system integration, and cloud computing strategies across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align technical architecture with business goals.
- Develop long-term advisory relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure sustainable, high-impact solutions.
- Provide actionable insights to product teams regarding technical and business drivers that influence the roadmap.
- Share expertise through guidance, workshops, and documentation on architecture patterns and best practices.
- Ensure that all enterprise architecture decisions uphold security, compliance, and scalability standards.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software, systems, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, SaaS/PaaS models, cross-cloud integration, and multi-tenancy environments.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, security/trust/risk platforms, data analytics, and identity providers.
- Solid understanding of enterprise application integration technologies (e.g., event-based integration, REST APIs, middleware).
- Knowledge of enterprise business processes (e.g., quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, direct sales) and their intersection with digital contracting workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics, AI-enabled insights, and data-driven solution design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a consultative and pragmatic approach.
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
